Our Project Managers are experts in their trade. We have a strong depth of institutional knowledge which is evidenced by the fact that our staff's average tenure exceeds seven years at KGa. In addition, our hands-on Executive staff are actively involved in all facets of our projects which significantly reduces the needless errors and omissions and improves the overall quality of the finished work. When issues do occur, no other glass company has the ability to resolve them as quickly as we can. This is partly due in part to our in-house manufacturing and in part to the strong relationships we maintain with our outside suppliers.
